Seller accepted offer and marked item as shipped with no tracking number. When i didn't arrive (after two+ weeks) , the seller simply cancelled the order and refunded me the money. They then ended up relisting the exact same item at a higher price. It appears they simply refused to send me the item at the original auctioned price.
