The dress arrived quickly but it was necessary to return it. The seller had stipulated that buyer pay return postage, but the cost to ship it back was going to be more than the dress cost and that postage did not even include tracking. Shan responded well, offering me a 50% refund and I kept the dress. Not ideal but reasonable given the circumstances.
