Our Returns Policy
At Nicolcrests, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.
 
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just telephone us to obtain a returns number, and return it in its original condition within 14 days and after we have checked our security markings we will issue a refund for the price less a re-stocking fee of £3.00, where free delivery was offered, an appropriate amount from the sale price will be deducted to cover our P&P costs of the item as well. It is your responsibility for returned postage via a trackable means for remorse items.
