Perhaps you need the fitting service of a shoe shop?? I'm not impressed either.....here is another sellers annoyance to this buyers feedback NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Buyer asked for a refund due to damage that occurred after the item left me.I gave an immediate refund. The buyer gave me negative feedback and kept the item. So I’ll leave this here. Be very wary dealing with this person. I WILL SECOND THAT, ON BANNED LIST.
