The buyer received their item 2 days late as I was unwell and off work. I did reply to their message before they left this feedback and as they have mentioned that I hadn't replied I have asked if they will revise it to mention the late delivery only. The neutral for late delivery is justified if not perhaps a little bit mean in view of the fact that I have been off for a week but managed to get their item out only slightly late.
