Great item that isn’t currently available on the market but the holes for screwing the doorbell to it are slightly too small so screws won’t fit. Made them bigger with a bigger drill bit but original ring screws wouldn’t fit so had to use standard which then the head was too big for cover to fit over! Ended up with just 2 screws to secure but works as is so I’m happy :)

Hi, have Ring changed the screws in the packet? These brackets have been designed with a smaller screw hole to the G2 bell as the screws provided were smaller than the G2 bells. I haven't fitted a G3/G4 recently so I'm unsure if they've changed the screws, but I appreciate your feedback to let me know. To confirm the hole placements are all correct? In the box with the ring, there was four long screws and four short "self tappers" - the shorter screws are the ones to use.
