eBay and sellers should ensure that alternative postage methods are clearly indicated and not hidden when using a non-desktop device. My Dell original part was delivered but I won't be there to fit it now for the next 3 months because my expectations were wrong although seller could have been less condescending when contacted. It doesn't take that long for mail from Poland to UK, I have had bulky items take less by normal mail from India.
