Past month

This was a misunderstanding on both of our parts. The seller failed to notice that the item was on personal collection, not postage, and I mistook the 3+ weeks of wait as running away. As soon as he noticed the missed personal collection flag he got in contact with me, we arranged a date for collection and I got the item. It was a laptop, used and sold for parts. It was as described and the parts worked as they should. I should have been more patient.

Past 6 months

Laptop was not described correctly I recieved one of less than 500 GB advertised as 2TB. Extremely poor customer service, rude, aggressive and arrogant. I had to get eBay to step in and resolve the case. It was like an order from hell and I would not advise anyone to ever take the risk.
