Good seller communication and quick dispatch but I have issues with the ‘like new’ description. DVDs are visibly marked as if they haven’t been treated with care/ left lying around. I can’t comment on playing ability as I haven’t tried them yet: they were bought as a replacement. However according to eBay’s definition, a product which is sold as like new should be ‘Like new: The item looks as if it were just taken out of shrink wrap. It has no visible wear.’ This wasn’t the case here!
