Ein freundlicher und zielführender Kundenservice stehen bei mir im Vordergrund, auch im after buy. Vor Abgabe einer negativen Bewertung sollte zumindest ein Austausch vorab stattgefunden haben. Dies ist hier nicht der Fall gewesen. Auf ein Angebot der Rücknahme des Artikels sowie Hilfe wurde nicht reagiert, sondern ich erhielt nach nachträglichem argumentativem Austausch eine beleidigende sowie anstößige Antwort.
