Very fast international shipped I got a remote controller which was declared as „used“ and „not tested“. But it was defective and not usable. After a few weeks writing with the friendly Adorama service I got after my suggestion half of the repair costs which a service station calculated and now could get the device repaired. The full repair costs seemed too high for Adorama.
