While spending almost $500 for the device, it tended to power off. I requested a refund but was told to cancel my refund request and that I would be sent another device would address the issue. I received another device with the same issue. I could not request a refund because I was told to close out the request. When I advised that the 2nd device was not functioning, I was emailed from the seller stating I was misusing the device. I following the instructions and the same issue. I feel robbed!
