Seller has great communication with me when I submitted for 2 of their items! Saddle pad, brushing boots and bonnet were just what I was looking for, for an upcoming Halloween show. The yellow set matched well-our only problem was that the bell boots were too small for our horse (however she is a draft cross so she needs xl-xxl-they are probably full size although the description did not specify to know for sure).

I paid extra for customised colours (aqua). I sent a photo of the colour that I wanted and explained it explicitly. They assured me that they understood. I received royal blue instead. If I want the actual colour I want I have to pay almost as much as the original price when I wasn't my mistake. I'm really annoyed. What a waste
