Hi...I'm really sorry that this happened!!! I can't understand how because I'm super careful when it comes to packing items....just checkout my other feedback!!!! It wasn't from the poster moving around...I always make sure that this won't happen....maybe a little too much padding in the end and it crumpled the edge?? Anyway I'm pleased your OK with it....but I think the neutral feedback was a bit harsh!!! All the very best to you and hope to hear from you again in the future!!!!

Good to have this poster back, I was at this concert,I had the same poster which I managed to remove at the gig .was in my parents house and must got lost when they moved. Unfortunately this was their last gig in Glasgow future concerts were in Edinburgh namely the Usher Hall and Playhouse which I also attended. Many thanks
