I cannot provide feedback on an item that I never received. Two missed ship dates, May 10-12 and May 16. I have since canceled the order requesting a full refund. According to the email response from Ebay, the refund is due by May 24. I find it difficult to believe the product was ever shipped by the seller. This has been my worst online buying experience ever. Feel free to respond but I still want a full refund.
