I asked the seller to cancel an item after I had paid for it. The request was rejected. I can understand that but I don't understand that the seller would not communicate with me. When I asked for a refund or that my merchandise that I had paid for would be sent to me. After sending the seller seven messages I had to ask eBay to step in to finally get my money back to me when a seller holds your money or your merchandise this is theft.

I want to apologize about this! You purchased the item the week leading up to my wedding and I thought put my account on vacation. :( We went straight to our Honeymoon so I did not see these messages until we returned. I understand your frustration however I did not decline your refund, I just did not see these until after the fact. I would be happy to offer a 40% discount on this item if your still interested. As you can see by my other reviews this is not the normal experience. Thanks!
