There was a little confusion with my order and when I chased it up the seller was rude. He basically said he had better things to do with his time than read my emails. He said he would send the item by Parcel force 24 in one message then he said he didn't have the packing to send it. When I received an email from ebay to ask for progress of my order I said I hadn't received it. Next thing I know I'm given a refund and my item never arrived. Nick was very rude.

There was no confusion. You were very unpleasant and, despite explaining that your order could still arrive before its actual anticipated date, your nastiness and attitude continued, wasting more time. We are very busy and don't appreciate customers who have no patience or understanding, moreso when their order isn't actually late. Our best wasn't good enough, so I cancelled your order and refunded your money in full. I don't have to put up with customers who aren't polite or understanding. Nick
