This item appeared to be used when inspected after delivery. It was listed as new. A refund request was initiated, and messages exchanged with the seller. An offer was made to have me keep the rod for half off the price, but eat the shipping for the delivery. For an item that I wouldn't have purchased had I known it was used. The offer was refused. Ebay had to intervene to send a shipping label for the return, and issue a refund. Think twice about dealing with this 'seller'.
