This item came with significant manufacturing defects as well as insufficient installation instructions. basically they send you a bag of various unlabelled and unmarked hardware of nuts, bolts, washers and other unidentifiable pieces. the only instructions tell you to "install as shown in picture". but the picture is a small rendering, not an actual photo and its very poor in quality. it also doesn't show where and which hardware bolts and other items in the bag hardware are to be located.
