And we offered to get you one a day after the date eBay gave and you advised you no longer needed so i don't believe this is a fair review given we contacted you twice to get a resolution for you. We offered the refund when you stated you no longer needed it.

Definitely do not buy from this seller , avoid buying the bifold doors , they are extremely cheap quality, they where delivered damaged , after weeks of waiting , glass was scratched, also the powder coating , and apparently I’m being sent a touch up kit , even the glass kite marks are wrong , save yourself a headache and use another eBay seller and told they’d tried calling me several times to discuss, my phone has never rang , delivery driver was one man , had to get several neighbours to help
