Item was not new. It arrived 7 days late on Jul 29. I notified Seller that I wished to return the item. Seller agreed. Since then -no return label, no refund, and total lack of response from Seller. Matter is still unresolved. EBay's "100% Satisfaction" Guarantee is worthless. I have filed 2 complaints with EBay. The matter is still unresolved.
