Seller sent item C.O.D. for the shipping cost on a free shipping auction. I contact seller asking if they were D T Lake which the USPS notice had as sender. Seller said they would check on why the item was sent C.O.D. but the response I got back was that a refund has been issued and no other communication from seller. I've sold items and had to eat the cost because I didn't charge enough for shipping. Seller didn't honor the auction. Bad experience.
