Good quality shirt. Though not a women's size 12. This is a children's size 12. Possibly a uniform shirt. This I can tell by the sizing tag, fit (short arms) (not able to button) not enough material. Not sellers fault. This is the way eBay listed. eBay must be careful with adult and children's sizing. I did put in search women's button down shirt 12 - not children's.
