The seat appears to be a quality item; however it was advertised as a replacement for several applications, which should have been an alert for I'm not sure it fit any of the listed tractors. It was an extensive project to replace the seat on my Bolens Iseki H1703 Diesel. Utilized much of the existing bracketry and fabricated what was necessary to complete the attachment, I would guess the seat would fit most anything considering having the recourses, time, tooling and ingenuity.
