DO NOT buy from this seller! (wsoy9778). This mp3 player was defective from the start. I fully charged it before use. I purchased a SanDisk 16GB micro SD card for it. I purchased the proper charger. No matter what I did, it did NOT WORK. So...I contacted wsoy9778 and asked to return it for a refund. They wanted me to take a movie of it not working - which I did! Then they said they'll contact their "technical department." In other words they are going to wait you out until you give up.
