I was unhappy with the item when it arrived as the function part (the head) is far more busted in real life than the pictures show, but I planned to quietly keep it to myself. Seller reached out today and had the audacity to ask how I felt, so I told the truth and sent pictures and then got scolded over it! Contrary to it s response, my username has never changed in 20 years and I own these words.
