The delivery service kept changing the dates and times repeatedly for 5 days straight. There was no communication and no way to contact the delivery driver. There are very unprofessional. Terrible customer service and not reliable at all. They need to have more consideration and compassion for people and be more concerned delivering packages on time and not having unnecessary delays.
