Ordered item on May 22 as we need it for summer school starting June 3rd. Today is May 29 and the item has not been shipped yet and the seller didn't respond to our request. Shipper made proof of non-professionalism and being inconsiderate as parents have paid for a robotics class and the field is still missing.

You messaged saying that you want it delivered by next week. There is a handling time to ensure that delays during the shipping process can be accounted for - you waited 7 and requested to cancel.
