Due to mishandling by the mail carrier or customs, a major part arrived broken…
Contacted this seller about the matter, as I sent them a picture of the broken part and they immediately sent me a brand new part as replacement… they package very well also.

The package arrived all damaged, thank god the item was not; anyway if sellers are gonna sell their stuff online, they should make an effort to go to the post office and buy the right shipping container and or boxes. Otherwise don’t post it as being new, again I’m a collector and I need the package new!
