Only photographs what wants buyer to see, not the problem areas, not the real bad wear and tear on the sides of the tennis rackets where the paint is totally gone. Doesn't bother to protect the rackets in shipping (a simple piece of cardboard would have worked fine), just lets the two tennis rackets beat up against each other the entire journey. Some sellers just want the sell -- and could apparently care less. Would not buy from again.
