May have been a manufactures defect, the roller ball was out of the tube when I opened the cap it was inside of it off of the perfume bottle itself. Scent was barely there also. Beware of these roller ball, in this scent from V.S. The seller is fine. Received it W/I three days of mail out from Orlando, Fl. to Pinellas County, Fl. Seller issued my refund in a timely manner.
