Upon ordering I didn't notice that the delivery address I input was incorrect but saw it immediately after the order was processed. I requested cancellation or change of delivery address within 5 minutes of the order being completed however I did not hear back for 4 days and was told at that time that the order could not be corrected or changed. Had they responded immediately upon receipt this could have been avoided. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
