Item was missing parts. We were offered £20 if we sourced the parts ourselves, when we said no as we have no way of sourcing said missing parts we were offered £30. For an item that cost us nearly £140 and can’t be used as it has no fixings. We are still trying to finalise our refund. It’s been a couple of weeks.
