Arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to setup. The sender actually had already installed an Operating system so all I had to do was start the PC, and it already had a Windows 10. It had a few minor glue and marks but otherwise the functionality so far is almost like new. I've tried to upgrade to Win 11 but the specs may not be sufficient to upgrade it, however it functions perfectly as advertised.
