The chair was packed extremely well and came through perfectly. Unfortunately, the little red cushion with gold tassels was not in the box. We checked the entire inside of the box, all of the packing paper, and all of the styrofoam and bubble wrap, but it wasn't there. I chose that particular chair because it had the cushion with it.
