10 items (combined postage) didn't arrive after at least 4 weeks. Opened a request and contacted Seller. Two weeks later, no return contact and apparently items not covered by the site's money back guarantee, which wasn't clear at time of purchase. Not happy and out of pocket around $90 AU. I've only had one item go missing previously in all my years on the site. Read the site's exclusions very carefully is my advice!
