Please don’t bother getting these as they are absolute rubbish. I tried a few times to soften and mold to my teeth but nothing worked. The other thing a sticker was put on top of the instructions so you had to very carefully scratch it off without damaging what was underneath. I had a few emails with the seller but as I’d thrown it all in the bin he would not refund me. One lives and learns, if you pay rubbish you get rubbish.
