    When buyer purchased this item, buyer accepted our terms, including risk of loss. The date shown to buyer for delivery was Sept 22nd - and buyer still purchased the item. Why penalize us when they declined to purchase insurance and tracking. Also, today is only one day after the delivery date. We understand reaching days or weeks after, but not less than 24 hrs.
