I purchased the black out graphic for a brand new $50K + Toyota 4Runner. Before vehicle delivery I took the graphic as sent to Autonation Toyota to have it applied by a professional that does new cars all day long. I was told that they tried to install the hood graphic and if did not fit properly, they couldn't get the wrinkles out and it was poor quality. Their words not mine. I contacted the sell who was no help. I now see other buyers reporting the same issue with their negative feedback.

You took the decal to a professional that does not install vinyl, they are a dealership and they messed up such an easy decal to install and you threw the decal away. The decals are not cheap but professional grade and require some skill to install. It's just always easier to blame the product than lack of experience.
