Claimed dust jacket was damaged, I sent a reply promptly asking for photos of damage so we could replace the book and put in a claim. After 7 days of awaiting their reply they simply left negative feedback. I have since reported them to eBay. How can we resolve an issue if the buyer does not allow us to out it right. We pride ourself on 100% feedback and quick resolution to any issues.
