I ordered the guitar from them and it came broken but it was not their fault. It was packaged with great care and seemed to be mishandled by others when shipping. I contacted them being new to the process and not sure how to open a case. They did it on their end and did it within 10 minutes. They were always quick to reply and were very helpful and nice.
