The item included everything as described. It's nice to have both the charger and the case. Shipping was fast and it was well packed. When I tried to use the pachymeter, it's functional, but a bit sluggish on the readings, though. Instead of getting all the readings in a short time I have to keep removing and replacing it on the cornea.
