Communication...good, delivery...slow, the model itself was a big disappointment in my opinion. In the photos, the model looked clean, recently made, and in good repair. When it arrived today, it was filthy, my hands were black touching it. The model was in total disarray and damaged as shown in the photos below. I tried to repair it, but the tracks kept falling apart and wouldn't go back together correctly, it looks awful to be honest; probably going to trash it. Price didn't match the model.

We are unhappy about the situation and the experience of the buyer and ours.
It's not the fault of the buyer and neither of us for having the package treated so bad in the shipping process. We take care of packaging and the experience so far was good but the probability of bad treatment always exists. The "filthy" sensation of the customer was only the pigments used for weathering the tracks.
We contacted David and give him 100% support for reassembling the idler wheel and tracks.
