    Ordered vintage dragonfly pin. Seller informed me items shipped incorrectly sounded like my order went elsewhere maybe not but to keep what was shipped and my purchase & shipping refunded. I was very disappointed. I understand mistakes happen. I have no use for item sent, it’s just an ugly cheap necklace I will never use. I rated the experience neutral because I was refunded but the item I ordered is still advertised as available. Why not just send it when the mistake was noted.

    labels were switched on two similar sized items for which I deeply apologize. I refunded the buyer IN FULL before she even received the package. she is upset because she thinks the item she ordered is still listed, it is not. she is probably looking at a different seller's page.
