Had a problem with ear piece after using it a few times... messaged seller who responsed within an hour, they ask me to send a picture of issue, they sent a new one which arrived in a few days ... highly recommend this seller.

Well I gotta tell you it's a nice little Carrier Fitch close to the body.. However be careful because the little pin that holds on the belt clip somehow or other will pop out... Then your radio was either lost or possibly damaged.. I purchaseveral of these it's only happened with one so just be careful still a good product..
