Yes I used the wrong card and yes I cancelled the order before the old card could be declined which I thought was the right thing to do. If I was not blocked from re ordering them I would gave no problems with this item or the seller. If its a system error then I understand.

This is simply not true. eBay froze the transaction because the buyer filed a fraud report with their bank. We reached out to the buyer numerous times and was ignored. Now the buyer leaves negative feedback for, *checks notes* - their mistake.
