Not all stainless construction, but the spring does seem to be stainless as it continues to work in a harsh saltwater environment while the rest of the carabiner is heavily corroded. Price was too good for it to be full stainless, but I knew it while purchasing. Actually works out great for my purposes as shiny stainless carabiners tend to go "missing" at the end of the job.
