Our Returns Policy

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just telephone us to obtain a returns number, and return it in its original condition within 14 days and after we have checked our security markings we will issue a refund for the price less a re-stocking fee of £3.00, where free delivery was offered, an appropriate amount from the sale price will be deducted to cover our P&P costs of the item as well.
