I ordered a drive belt for a riding mower. The seller advertised expedited shipping. I ordered it on May 25th and the seller produced a label on June 3rd. I contacted the seller and was told you can send it back for a refund. I checked the sellers past reviews and the response was always the same from this seller. Sorry you can send it back. I will not recommend this seller.

Apologies as your order came in on 5/25, a Saturday, we are closed on the weekend, and Monday being Memorial day, we were also closed. We received a large volume of seasonal orders through the weekend, and immediately shipped in order they were received. We did strive to meet your ship by date of 6/3, however it does look like usps did get the delivery to you 3 days late.
