It’s a nice griddle, but I wasn’t aware that you have to plug it up to an electrical outlet to basically make it work (because of the temperature settings on the control knobs). That is my fault for not doing enough research into it.

I have not received the item yet but it was shipped late and after it is shipped the seller did not provide any tracking number although it says expedite shipping on the item post. Its been 6 days that I paid for the item but have not received it
